最近中國的戰鬥機和P3長程海軍偵察機發生「意外」，這是充滿國際的陰謀和目的。毫無疑問，美國已監察一段時間在南中國海建造中的短程和中程導彈。中國與台灣有一個長久對立的衝突。許多分析家相信這是正在醞釀將來的軍事衝突。中國已製造了一些威脅的手勢，這些威脅告訴給台灣方面。那麼，只有一個理由是可以充分了解的，為甚麼中國會冒險於製做一個國際的事件去騷擾監視中國軍事活動的P3偵察機。中國或許不會商談一架「撞擊和跑掉」戰鬥機的損失。但是自從事件發生後，這事件的的確確能夠當作一個理由給中國控訴並責備在美國的過失上。但是這事件只有一個原因嗎？這真的是一個關於事件的原因嗎？在一會兒的時間，請考慮另外一個原因。
中國是一個主要的伊拉克軍事設備和支援的供應者。在最近對巴格達的空襲，聯盟國嘗試破壞伊拉克新建的導彈指揮部和控制系統。這是一個由中國設計和建造的光纖系統。許多伊拉克披甲車是中國製做的。伊拉克是靠自己的衝突活動，與敘利亞和巴勒斯坦聯成一個聯盟，這是將來發動對以色列戰爭的準備。然而，伊拉克知道如果攻擊以色列的話，美國能夠嚴重毀壞伊拉克。因此，伊拉克想美國的軍事資產轉移到其他地方的注意當攻擊以色列之時。這是一個中國軍事專家進來的地方。

布殊唯一的問題是如何一部分地處理中國問題，並且一部分地仍然保持他的視線在真實的目標--耶路撒冷。等待中國短時間內拖出這件事物。
The recent "accident" between
Chinese fighter aircraft and the Navy P3 Long Range Naval Patrol
aircraft is full of international intrigue and purpose. There is no
question that the US has been monitoring the Chinese build-up of short
and medium range missiles along the Chinese southern coast for some
time. China has a long standing conflict with Taiwan. Many analysts
believe a future military conflict is brewing. China has made several
threatening gestures and statements directed at Taiwan. So, this reason
alone is sufficient to understand why China would risk an international
incident in harassing the P3 as it monitors Chinese military activities.
China probably didn’t bargain for losing a fighter aircraft in the
"bump and run." But since it happened, that too can be used as
a reason for China to complain and lay blame on the US. But is the only
reason for the incident? Is this really what the incident is about?
Consider another reason for a moment.
China is a major provider to Iraq for
military equipment and support. In the recent air raids into Baghdad,
the allies were attempting to destroy the new Iraqi missile command and
control system. This was a fiber-optic system designed and built by the
Chinese. Many of the Iraq armored vehicles are Chinese made. Iraq is on
its own campaign of conflict, teaming with Syria and the Palestinians,
for a future war into Israel. However, Iraq knows that the US can do
major damage to Iraq in its attack upon Israel. Therefore, Iraq wants US
assets and attention moved elsewhere during its attack on Israel. This
is where the Chinese come in.
The Chinese incident will probably
result in additional military units being moved into the South China
Sea. Those assets (probably a carrier battle group) will most likely be
units from the Indian Ocean. China is probably trying to soak off US
resources to help Iraq in addition to its own personal interest in
Taiwan.
Closer to the Middle East... Egypt
knows that Arafat, the Syrians, and Iraq are planning a regional war.
Egypt is trying to get the US to engage the peace process again by
appeasing Arafat and delaying the war. But Bush is not playing the same
game Clinton played. He knows that war is clearly planned by Arafat.
Bush also knows that Israel is preparing to crush the Palestinians along
with Syria and Iraq.
The only question for Bush is how does
he handle this diversion on China’s part and still keep his eye on the
real target – Jerusalem. Watch for China to drag this thing out for
awhile.
